LIL DRAGONS PROGRAM

The Lil' Dragons program is specifically designed for children ages 4 to 7 years.  The curriculum in these classes allows students to learn the basics of martial arts and self defense and have fun with their peers at the same time.  Along with physical drills of coordination and balance, we also teach principles of concentration, self discipline and respectful behavior.  Parents tell us they notice an improvement in their child's behavior and performance at school and at home.

Our program is based on building 8 basic life skills (Balance, Coordination, Focus, Self-Discipline, Fitness, Memory, Control and Teamwork). Each class will focus on building one of these skills and will give examples on how to work on these skills at home and at school.  The lessons are introduced as fun and exciting games that help students enjoy learning the skills.

GETTING STARTED

I know that getting started can be difficult. Many schools make it confusing with "long term contracts" or "basic programs" that force you into "upgrading" to a Black Belt Club or Masters Program 3 to 6 months into training. I assure you that we are not one of those schools. With us, what you see is what you get. We believe that we earn your business and will not force you to continue with long term contracts. Additionally, we don't require upgrades to additional rank-advancing programs or trick you with periodic hidden fees. The only other fee you will have is a $25 testing fee every quarter. If this sounds like your cup of tea, come check us out for a week on me. Seriously... no obligation, no pushy sales pitch to "sign up now and we will waive your enrollment fee". Give us a call or text at 615-613-2835, Skype us at FamilyFirstMA, email us HERE, or fill our the form on our Contact Us Page and we will be in touch with you.
